Return & Refund Policy – The PRS Method

Thank you for shopping with The PRS Method.

Because our planners are dated and limited-release products, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped.

We only accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item arrives defective

• The incorrect item was received

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at jules@theprsmethod.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will either:

• Send a replacement (if inventory allows), or

• Issue a refund to your original payment method

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

We do not accept returns for:

• Used planners

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address entered at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
